IHFA is governed by a seven-member Board of
Commissioners. The Governor appoints members to four-year fixed
terms and designates the Chairman of the Board. The Board members
elect a Vice Chairman and Secretary/Treasurer.
IHFA’s Board provides overall policy direction in
governing business activities, as well as setting long-term goals
for meeting Idaho’s future housing needs. The Board’s commitment
of time and energy contributes to an improved quality of life for
thousands of Idaho citizens. Their leadership has been critical to
IHFA’s past accomplishments and is certainly vital to our future
success.
