Employees are our #1 priority.

We believe this enough that we made this statement a business principle. 

Over 120 employees make up IHFA's work staff. Seventy-five percent of employees work at IHFA's corporate office in Boise, with the remainder located at our four branch offices in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Falls, Lewiston and Twin Falls.

IHFA uses no state funds or state employees.
