The Home Partnership Foundation, brought to you by Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA), is a non-profit organization helping communities meet their most pressing housing needs. The Foundation also provides stewardship of charitable gifts donated by generous people like you. We invite you to partner with us in this important endeavor. The Foundation is a tax-exempt 501 (c) (3) charitable organization that was created by Idaho Housing and Finance Association in 2005.

Our Mission

The Home Partnership Foundation is Idaho’s only charitable housing foundation. Our mission is to help people build a strong foundation for their lives through stable, safe, and affordable housing.
 

We strengthen communities across Idaho by encouraging direct community investments that will:

• Increase and preserve safe, affordable housing;
• Make the purchase of workforce housing attainable;
• Support shelters and shelter services for Idaho’s homeless and disadvantaged; and
• Encourage asset-building and strengthen the financial independence of Idaho residents. 

The Foundation manages charitable donations by helping donors achieve their charitable giving objectives, growing these funds over time through sound investment programs, and/or investing the assets in affordable housing services or developments statewide.
