Idaho Housing and Finance Association is subject to the terms and requirements of Rule 15c 2-12 (b)(5), adopted by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.This rule mandates that we provide annual disclosure reports to Nationally Recognized Municipal Securities Information Repositories (NRMSIR).This disclosure report must include audited financial statements as well as detailed information concerning each of our outstanding bond issues.
