Being responsive to the essential needs of Idaho's most at-risk families and individuals is a high priority for Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA). Through grant funding received from HUD, IHFA strives to support local homeless service providers through building conversions, shelter operations and prevention programs. Grant opportunities are identified, prepared and administered by IHFA to expand safe, decent and affordable housing around the state, which include Idaho?s special needs population.
