Designed specifically for first-time home buyers, classes are taught throughout the state by regional training partners.
The fee for the classroom course is $10 - $20 per student.

An online course is also available statewide. The online course can be accessed here, the fee for the online course is $50.
Note: If you are purchasing a home through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, you must take the “in-person” Finally Home!® course! The “online” Finally Home!® course does not satisfy the Neighborhood Stabilization Program requirements.
