NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF HOME PROGRAM FUNDS
Request for Applications

Notice is hereby given by the Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) of the availability of HOME Program Funds. HOME applications may be submitted at anytime throughout the year and should be mailed to P.O. Box 7899, Boise, Idaho, 83707-1899, or hand-delivered to the IHFA Grant Programs Department at 565 West Myrtle, Boise, Idaho, 83702.

Organizations eligible to apply for HOME Program funds include private non-profit organizations, 501(c)(3) or (4), private housing developers of affordable housing, units of local government, local or Indian Housing

The applications for the HOME Program Funds may be obtained by accessing IHFA's web site: APPLICATION 2007 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit/HOME Application Exhibits A-J and APPLICATION 2007 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit/HOME application Pages 1-21.

The HOME funds available through this application round may be used for any of the eligible activities described in the Idaho HOME Program Administrative Plan.
