Recent Bond Issues

Idaho Housing and Finance Association sold its 2008 Series D Single Family Mortgage Bond Issue on September 4, 2008. This issue totaled $60,000,000 and featured Fixed Rate Bonds totaling $48,000,000 with a maturity range of 2010-2040. Variable Rate Bonds totaling $12,000,000 with a maturity range of 2019-2040.

Idaho Housing and Finance Association sold its 2008 Series C Single Family Mortgage Bond Issue on July 17, 2008. This issue totaled $60,000,000 and featured Fixed Rate Bonds totaling $33,000,000 with a maturity range of 2010-2040. Variable Rate Bonds totaling $27,000,000 were issued with a maturity range of 2019-2040.

Idaho Housing and Finance Association sold its 2008 Series B Single Family Mortgage Bond Issue on May 21, 2008. This issue totaled $60,000,000 and featured $30,000,000 in Fixed Rate Bonds with a maturity range of 2010-2039. Variable Rate Bonds totaling $30,000,000 were issued and will mature in 2039.
