Issue Prepayment Speed Information
Each quarter, the Idaho Housing and Finance Association
calculates historical prepayment speed information for each of its
outstanding single-family mortgage revenue bond issues. The latest
prepayment speed information is summarized in the downloadable table
below. This information is also published as Appendix I in each of
IHFA's preliminary and final Official Statements for its single-family
mortgage revenue bond issues. For additional information on outstanding
