Recent Bond Issues

Idaho Housing and Finance Association sold our 2007 Series G Single Family Mortgage Bond issue during the week of July 9-13. This issue totaled $52,500,000 and featured fixed rate tax exempt bonds maturing from 2009 to 2037, and $28,750,000 of variable rate bonds due 2038.

Idaho Housing and Finance Association sold our 2007 Series D Single Family Mortgage Bond issue during the week of April 16-20. This issue totaled $45,000,000 and featured fixed rate tax exempt bonds maturing from 2009 to 2037, and $4,500,000 of variable rate bonds due 2038.

Idaho Housing and Finance Association sold our 2007 Series B Single Family Mortgage Bonds issue March 5-9. This issue totaled $40,000,000 and featured fixed rate tax exempt bonds maturing from 2009 until 2038, and $20,000,000 of variable rate bonds due July 2038.
