Scheduled Future Bond Issues

Idaho Housing and Finance Association is tentatively planning to sell our 2008 Series B Single Family Mortgage Bond issue during the week of May 19, 2008. This issue should be a similar structure to our recent issues and total approximately $60 million. Bond maturities should range from 2 years to 30 years. This bond issue will include an amount of variable rate debt that will be determined at the time of sale. Preliminary Official Statements should be available around May 12, 2008. We anticipate signing a Bond Purchase Agreement on or about May 22, 2008, and closing in late-June.
