The ribbon cutting and open house will take place Thursday (Nov. 4) at 3:30 p.m. The property is located at 634 S. 12th Street, next to the high school.

The 36-unit development is funded in part by Housing Tax Credits and HOME Program funds, administered by IHFA.

In addition to Lt. Governor Otter and Mayor Crosby, Julie Williams, IHFA vice president of Community Housing Services, and Greg Luce of Homestead Development are scheduled to speak about the development and its affordable housing role in Payette County.
