Lt. Gov. Otter, Mayor Ann Crosby to Dedicate Kenmare Trace
Apartments in Payette
PAYETTE - The Idaho Housing and Finance
Association welcomes Lieutenant Governor C.l. "Butch" Otter
and Payette Mayor Ann Crosby in dedicating Kenmare Trace, Payette’s
newest affordable housing community. The ribbon cutting and open house
will take place Thursday (Nov. 4) at 3:30 p.m. The property is located
at 634 S. 12th Street, next to the high school.
The 36-unit development is funded in part by Housing
Tax Credits and HOME Program funds, administered by IHFA.
In addition to Lt. Governor Otter and Mayor Crosby,
Julie Williams, IHFA vice president of Community Housing Services, and
Greg Luce of Homestead Development are scheduled to speak about the
development and its affordable housing role in Payette County.
Following the ribbon cutting, the public and media are
invited to tour the property and units, and enjoy refreshments.
