Finally Home! Home Buyer Education Classes Start in Nampa
March 18 (Saturday)
NAMPA - Finally Home! classes will take
place March 18 and March 25 (Saturday) from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m., the
Idaho Partners for Home Buyer Education, Inc. (IPHBE) announced today.
Students should pre-register by contacting Nampa Neighborhood Housing
Services at 467-7336.
The classes are specifically designed to teach
first-time home buyers everything they need to know about buying a
home—from how to qualify for a mortgage with bad credit or no credit,
how much cash is needed for closing—to how to choose a Realtor®
and how to make an offer.
Students who complete the class may be eligible for
special incentives such as down-payment and closing cost assistance and
lower mortgage insurance premiums through participating lenders.
Qualified industry professionals volunteer their time as
instructors and teach home buyer education to potential or existing home
owners in a traditional classroom setting. Nampa Neighborhood Housing
Services is a Regional Training Partner for the IPHBE and offers free
home buyer education classes in Nampa every month.
