Finally Home! Home Buyer Education
Classes Start in Boise April 11 (Tuesday)
BOISE – Finally
Home! classes
will take place April 11 through 13 (Monday through Wednesday) from 7
– 9 p.m., the Idaho
Partners for Home Buyer Education, Inc. (IPHBE) announced today.
Students should pre-register by contacting Boise
Neighborhood Housing Services at 343-4065.
The classes are specifically designed to teach
first-time home buyers everything they need to know about buying a
home—from how to qualify for a mortgage with bad credit or no credit
and how much cash is needed for closing, to how to choose a Realtor®
and how to make an offer.
Students who complete the class may be eligible for
special incentives such as down-payment and closing cost assistance
and reduced mortgage insurance premiums through participating
lenders.
Qualified industry professionals volunteer their time
as instructors and teach home buyer education to potential or existing
home owners in a traditional classroom setting. Boise
Neighborhood Housing Services is a regional training partner for
the IPHBE and offers free
home buyer education classes in Boise each month.
