Finally Home! Home Buyer Education Classes Start
in Boise April 12 (Wednesday)
(BOISE) Finally Home! classes will take
place April 12 and 19 (Wednesdays) from 6-9 p.m., the Idaho Partners
for Home Buyer Education, Inc. (IPHBE) announced today. Students
should pre-register by contacting the College of Southern Idaho at
733-9554, ext. 2288.
The classes are specifically designed to teach
first-time home buyers everything they need to know about buying a
home—from how to qualify for a mortgage with bad credit or no
credit, how much cash is needed for closing, how to choose a Realtor®
and how to make an offer.
Students who complete the class may be eligible for
special incentives such as downpayment and closing cost assistance and
reduced mortgage insurance premiums through participating lenders.
Qualifed industry professionals volunteer their time
as instructors and teach home buyer education to potential or existing
home owners in a traditional classroom setting. The College of
Southern Idaho is a regional training partner for the IPHBE and offers
free home buyer education classes in Twin Falls regularly.
