CALDWELL—The Idaho Partners for Home Buyer

Home!, a home buyer
education program, on Wednesday (April 12) at 4 p.m. at the Best

The following individuals are scheduled to speak at
the event:
- Garrett Nancolas, Mayor, City of Caldwell
- Mark Dunham, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Idaho Partners
for Home Buyer Education, Inc.
- Carolyn Ernst, President, Caldwell Board of REALTORS®
Speakers will address how home buyer education not

The Caldwell Board of REALTORS® holds monthly
classes in Caldwell that address the following topics:
- How to qualify for a mortgage with bad credit or no credit;
- How much cash to have on hand for closing;
- How to choose a Realtor®;
- How to make an offer;
- How to access affordable mortgage programs.
The Idaho Partners for Home Buyer Education, Inc. is a
501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation.
They manage and implement the four objectives of Finally Home!:
to develop programs of quality standardized home buying and home
ownership education; to facilitate wide delivery of its home buying
and home owner educational programs throughout Idaho; to target its
educational programs to reach diversified markets, including various
socioeconomic groups—specifically low and moderate-income households
and first-time home buyers; and to enhance the lives of citizens
throughout Idaho, as well as the participating communities, by
providing better home buying and home ownership education.
