Finally Home! Spanish and English Home Buyer Education Classes Start in Caldwell on Tuesday (May 23)

CALDWELL - Finally Home! classes will take place in both Spanish and English on May 23 and 30 (Tuesday) from 6 – 9 p.m. sponsored by the Caldwell Board of REALTORS®, the Idaho Partners for Home Buyer Education, Inc. (IPHBE) announced today. Students should pre-register by calling 463-2727.

The classes are specifically designed to teach first-time home buyers everything they need to know about buying a home—from how to qualify for a mortgage with bad credit or no credit and how much cash is needed for closing, to how to choose a Realtor® and how to make an offer.

Students who complete the class may be eligible for special incentives such as down-payment and closing cost assistance and reduced mortgage insurance premiums through participating lenders

Qualified industry professionals volunteer their time as instructors and teach home buyer education to potential or existing home owners in a traditional classroom setting. The Caldwell Board of REALTORS® is a regional training partner for the IPHBE and offers free home buyer education classes in both English and Spanish regularly.

The Idaho Partners for Home Buyer Education, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation.
