-
How much cash to have on hand for closing;

How to make an offer;
-
How to access affordable mortgage programs.
The Idaho Partners for Home Buyer Education, Inc. is a

program’s four objectives: to develop programs of quality
standardized home buying and home ownership education; to facilitate

better home buying and home ownership education.
