IHFA Wins Seven Idaho Press Club and Two Idaho Ad Federation Awards for 2001

BOISE - The Idaho Housing and Finance Association recently won seven awards from the Idaho Press Club (IPC) for various media campaigns and efforts during the 2001 year, and two first-place Silver Rockie awards from the Idaho Ad Federation (IAF), IHFA officials announced. IHFA has garnered 33 IPC awards since the Association started entering the contest in 1995. The two Silver Rockies were the first ever won by the Association; IHFA also received a pair of IAF Citations of Excellence for 1998.

For the 2001 IPC contest, IHFA competed in the Public Relations category with other Idaho companies and agencies.

This year’s Idaho Press Club Awards received 909 total entries. Other divisions of competition included Daily and Weekly Newspaper, Magazine, Television, Radio, Student and Arts in Idaho.

The Idaho Press Club’s membership includes media and communication professionals around the state. To review all winners of the 2001 Idaho Press Club Awards, visit www.idahopressclub.org.
