IHFA Launches New Web Site to Emphasize Customer Service, Loan Assistance
New site, www.ihfa.org, brings key homebuyer information to the front
(BOISE) The Idaho Housing and Finance Association has launched a new and improved Web site, www.ihfa.org, emphasizing customer service and loan assistance for the homebuyer.
"The new site's home page features the current interest rate for an IHFA loan, and a loan assistance link providing customers with guidelines for acquiring an IHFA home loan," said Steve Rector, IHFA's Public Affairs director. "And for those who already have an IHFA home loan, the new site has an online mortgage payment option featured prominently."
A series of navigational links on the left of the page directs the user to multiple options for information. Employment listings, key contacts and information about IHFA and its business efforts also can be accessed from the home page.
The new site also features a Newsroom link at www.ihfa.org/media_newsreleases.asp. The Newsroom is a quick reference point for the media and others interested in IHFA news and information. Users can request news releases, newsletters, and special publications be sent to an e-mail inbox or home address, as well as information about current IHFA interest rates.
"IHFA's commitment to presenting and expanding housing opportunities throughout the state remains our top priority," said Rector. "Our Web visits increase monthly, and we're confident that this new layout will better serve those seeking home ownership and housing information."
Since 1978, IHFA has financed 50,000 loans-worth $3.1 billion-for affordable homes for Idaho's first-time and limited-income home buyers.
