Home Buyer Education Program Receives $5,000
Contribution from Zions Bank
(BOISE) Zions Bank recently contributed $5,000 to the Finally Home!® Home Buyer Education Program administered by the Idaho Partners for Home Buyer Education, Inc. (IPHBE, Inc.).
The funds will assist with operating expenses, such as payments to the program's training partners and costs for the printing of the Finally Home! textbook.
"Zions Bank plays an important role in the success of our program and it is through the support of organizations like theirs that our program is able to fully serve the citizens of Idaho," said Sue Pisani, Finally Home! Administrator.
The Home Buyer Education program is provided by the IPHBE, Inc., a nonprofit organization that has joined with local partners in Idaho to offer Finally Home!® classes every month statewide. Class content covers topics including credit and budgeting issues, qualifying for a mortgage, choosing a real estate professional, and making an offer on a home and closing.
"Since Zions Bank opened its doors in Idaho, we've been dedicated to the local community and to all of the residents, and we have actively sought out ways to demonstrate that commitment," said Toni Nielsen, Zions Bank's Western Idaho regional president. "Zions is proud to make this $5,000 donation for the Finally Home!® program."
Finally Home!® has graduated more than 16,000 future Idaho home owners since its inception.
