(BOISE) Idaho Housing and Finance Association will honor more than 90 Ada County REALTOR®s who have represented Idaho Housing and Finance Association's (IHFA) IdaMortgage home loan buyers during an upcoming REALTOR® Appreciation Luncheon in Boise. In total, these REALTOR®s have represented 226 buyers who purchased their homes with IHFA's IdaMortgage home loans totaling more than $39 million collectively.
"REALTOR®s play an important role in providing information about IHFA's IdaMortgage loan products," said Susan Semba, IHFA's director of Homeownership Lending. "I commend the recipients for their hard work and dedication to their field."
The following REALTOR®s will receive "Your Key to Housing Opportunities" Awards during a luncheon to be held at noon Thursday, March 13 at SpurWing Country Club in Meridian. The awards presentation is slated to begin at 12:40 p.m.
Gold Award
Vedad Kobic, AllPro Realty Group, Inc.
Vedad Kobic of AllPro Realty Group, Inc., has lived in the Boise area since 1998, after coming to the United States from Bosnia. His law experience in his native country provided him with a solid business background in real estate. Vedad enjoys sharing his knowledge and advice with first-time homebuyers and guiding them through the application process. He finds great satisfaction when the whole process is completed and his clients have come to trust him and have fulfilled their dream of homeownership.
Silver Award
Traci Jones, Whitsitt Real Estate Company
Traci Jones of Whitsitt Real Estate Company is a native Idahoan who has been a REALTOR® for ten years. She enjoys every step of the real estate process and works with a wide range of clients including first-time homebuyers, people who are relocating and new construction. She especially likes working with first-time homebuyers, where she provides lots of education, walking them through all the steps in the homebuying process, from sitting down with lenders to closing. She has a passion for helping people realize the importance of homeownership both emotionally and financially.
Bronze Award
Kelly Abromeit and Katie Van Tassell, Keller Williams Realty Boise
Kelly Abromeit of Keller Williams Realty Boise works to serve her clients with exceptional service, honesty and integrity. She received a bronze medal from Keller Williams this year for production and sold $4.5 million last year. Katie Van Tassell of Keller Williams Realty Boise, has been in the top ten percent of sales with Keller Williams for the past two years. Katie's success is due, in large part, to providing a thorough education for her clients. Her initial consultation includes a needs analysis, goal-setting, and an explanation of market conditions. If her clients are first-time homebuyers, she provides a packet designed especially for them.
