(COEUR D’ALENE) On Feb. 19, Idaho Partners for Home Buyer Education, Inc. will officially recognize and welcome the Coeur d’Alene Association of REALTORS® as its new regional training partner for the Finally Home!® homebuyer education program. The association succeeds North Idaho College, the regional training partner since 2002, and will serve Kootenai, Benewah and Shoshone counties.

A kick-off celebration will be held Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Coeur d’Alene Association of REALTORS® office at 409 W. Neider Ave. To reach the association, call (208) 667-0664.

Finally Home!® eight-hour classes are offered statewide by regional training partners in Coeur d’Alene, Sandpoint, Lewiston, Boise, Caldwell, Twin Falls, Pocatello, and Idaho Falls. In addition to covering all the steps necessary to purchase a home, the Finally Home!® course also addresses budgeting and credit issues, predatory lending, and steps to take if a homeowner is facing foreclosure. More than 20,375 Idahoans have graduated from the Finally Home!® program since it began in 1999.
