Quarterly Online Payment Winner Announced
David W. Greeley of Nampa was selected the winner of IHFA's quarterly online payment promotional
drawing. IHFA awarded him a $100 gift card from Home Depot for making his IHFA loan payments online (and on time).
Greeley started making his IHFA house payments online about six months ago, and says "It saves me the stamps, and
I use less checks. It's a savings, and it is convenient."
Greeley, a 58-year-old single father, was randomly picked by a computer program.
Greeley, the manager at a Stinker Station in Nampa for 19 years, has had his IHFA home loan since April 1999.
Of the prize money, Greeley said "I'll probably use it to help buy a new lawn mower to replace a
seven-year-old model that is on the downhill slide."
