Quarterly Online Payment Winner Announced
Jason & Lea Leathers of Idaho Falls are the winners of IHFA's 1st quarter online payment promotion.
The Leathers, who have had their IHFA loan for about six months, have been paying their mortgage online from the start. They join more than 2,000 IHFA borrowers who make their mortgage payments online.
"It's just easier," Jason said of the process. "We don't have to guess if it gets there." They plan to use the gift card to continue remodeling work on their new home. So far, they have redone the kitchen and have since been working give each room in their home that personal touch.
