Quarterly Online Payment Winner Announced
Ivean Sullivan of Kimberly, ID, was IHFA's 2nd quarter online payment promotion winner in 2006. She likes to make her payment online because it's less of a hassle than mailing it in.
In the four years she's been in her home, she's done plenty of work both inside and out to spruce it up. Just a few of her projects have included new carpet and vinyl flooring, fresh paint and new window coverings. The work has been even more time-consuming outside, as the yard had "gone to weed, seed and willows." To change that, Sullivan has removed trees, planted perennials and created flowerbeds. She planned to use her gift card to purchase some new perennials and blocking for around flowerbeds that will help finish off her backyard.
