Quarterly Online Payment Winner Announced
Monte and Andelin Price of Nampa are the winners of IHFA's 3rd quarter online payment promotion. The Prices have had their loan with IHFA for just under a year, and have been paying their mortgage online for all but the first few months. They join more than 2,000 IHFA borrowers who make their mortgage payments online. Andelin says they chose to switch to making their mortgage payments online, as it is "immediate, you don't have to worry about paying for a stamp, or having it get lost in the mail." The Price's plan to use their Home Depot gift card towards a garden shed in their backyard.
