Quarterly Online Payment Winner Announced

Quarterly Online Payment Winners Receive (Home Depot) Gift Card
After years of schooling, Travis and Jana Cronin weren't sure if they would qualify for a home loan. "We were looking for the best loan program and our biggest challenge was that we hadn't built up too much employment history", said Jana. But with the help of their bank, they were able to move into their new Caldwell home in September 2006.
Their IHFA loan was processed quickly and Jana especially appreciated the ease of online payments. "I pay all my bills online and I also receive a printed copy from IHFA to keep track of my payments", said Jana.
Jana has enjoyed painting and decorating while Travis found the process of designing and installed landscaping for their backyard to be a very rewarding process. The Cronins plan to apply their gift card to that outdoor project.
