Idaho Housing and Finance Association’s Housing Information Resource Center (HIRC) is here to assist you with your
housing needs. HIRC staff offers practical information and referrals to housing consumers, providers and advocates.
We also work with statewide coalitions and local communities to better understand the role of affordable and workforce
housing in sustainable community and economic development. Our goal is to empower individuals, organizations and
communities as they work towards housing that provides access, stability and resilience at all levels.
Housing Resources are plentiful, but finding them may be somewhat overwhelming at times. Below are some housing
resources that you might find helpful, please feel free to contact any of these providers with
questions you might have. Although the HIRC has no funds to offer, we make every effort to
locate the most appropriate service or resource for each situation.
