2003 Annual Action Plan
The Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) and the
Idaho Department of Commerce (IDOC), in compliance with the State of Idaho
2000 Five-Year Strategic Plan for Housing and Community Development,
submits an Annual Action Plan in February of each year. The most recent
plan and any drafts for public review are available for downloading as
Acrobat files via the links below.
The Annual Action Plan summarizes the actions and
initiatives planned by IHFA and IDOC during the Program Year (April 1 to
March 31) to fulfill housing and community development strategies and
actions outlined in the 2000 Five-Year Strategic Plan for Housing and
Community Development.
Draft plans are available each year for public review and
comment for 30 days prior to final submission on February 14. Comments
received during business hours no later than noon on February 14 are
incorporated into the final submission to HUD.
