Annual Performance Report
Program Year 2005
The Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) and the Idaho Department of Commerce and Labor (ICL), in compliance with the State of Idaho 2005 Five-Year Strategic Plan for Housing and Community Development, submit this report each year to HUD on June 30. The report summarizes the actions and initiatives implemented by IHFA and IDC during the previous Program Year (April 1 to March 30) to fulfill housing and community development strategies and actions initially outlined in the 2000 Strategic Plan. Public comments are welcome and encouraged.
