Five-Year Strategic Plan for Housing and Community Development
IHFA and the Idaho Department of Commerce produce a Five-Year Strategic
Plan for Housing and Community Development on behalf of
the State of Idaho and its non-entitlement communities.
Used to identify needs and allocate funding for Idaho
communities, it provides a description of housing and
community development issues within the context of Idaho's
economy, employment, wage and consumer issues. The U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development approved the
most recent Five-Year Plan in May 2005.
